Custodian Maintenance Person for Self-Storage Management Company is looking for a full time ( 40 hrs/wk)- five days per week for custodian/maintenance person for our locations in Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to: general cleaning of the offices, restroom, floors, parking lots, driveways, inside the building hallways and storage units. Also requires knowledge of replacing light bulbs, cleaning supplies and equipment. This work schedule has flexibility, but will be withing the office hours of 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
