HVAC WAREHOUSE MANAGER Who are we? Paradise Air Inc., started 11 years ago. We are a fast-growing company in Pinellas County looking for great employees to grow with us. Responsibilities • Coordinate deliveries. • Verify incoming deliveries and orders to ensure accuracy. • Assist technicians with ordering parts. • Stock and inventory parts room supplies – inventory control is a must. • Excellent record keeping and tracking. • Deliver parts to job sites. • Process Warranty Returns • Communicate clearly, build rapport with employees. • Stage Jobs that are going out • Plan, outline, coordinate the warehouse. • Responsible for order, organization, and cleanliness of assigned area. • Must be reliable and be able to work independently as well as with others • Other duties as needed. Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in HVAC • 3+ years’ experience in warehouses • Well groomed, neat appearance. • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record for last 3-5 years • Lift up to 50 lbs., be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items, carry ladders, work from heights. • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. • Must be able to multi-task. • Strong verbal and written communications. • Quick, sound decision-making abilities. • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life. • Excellent record keeping and tracking.
