Adorable Shantay is looking for her furever family

Shantay is hoping to catch her freedom flight to SoCal to join Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue later this week, but needs an adopter or foster home in the OC area to do so! This sweet girl was found as a stray in Hawaii. She came in with another dog (a puppy), who has since been adopted, and now she's left wondering why she was left behind. Shantay is about 31lbs, 1.5 years old, and is a Jack Russell Terrier/Hound mix. She's reported to be good with other dogs (the dog she came in with was a female puppy, she's now sharing a kennel with a male who is about 20lbs larger than she is), enjoys outdoor adventures, and would also enjoy snuggling up on the couch to watch TV. While shy at first, once she gets to know you she wants to just hang out with you. If you are interested in fostering or adopting (or fostering to adopt) Shantay, please send me a private message.
