NOT A CONTRACTOR - Homeowner needing painter.
Looking for a painter to assist completing paint project for property being sold. Just need painter who can roll ceilings, walls & stairwell. Empty condo, pay depends on skills but rate starts @ $15/hr - $20/hr. Only need laborer/roller for estimated 2 days so this isn't negotiable. Paid cash, all you need is to know how to paint.
July 15th & 16th - possible extra work over the weekend.
