Construction Foreman Busy Company Seeking a Very Detailed and Self-Motivated Construction Foremen to Assist with Daily Job Duties, Work Schedules and Job Tasks.  Assist and oversee the Safety and Work of Construction Laborers and Crew.  Be responsible for framing, setting forms, taking precise measurements, setting string lines, preparing, placing, finishing concrete and cutting control joints correctly on each assigned project and Leading a Crew. Keep track of company inventory, manage work schedules for Construction Laborers, estimate the amount of Labor, Equipment, Parts and Materials that will be required for each Construction Project. Go over and review blueprints, construction drawings and details with Crew and Project Manager, to ensure project accuracy.  Pay close attention to Details all the while performing Daily work and Quality checks prior, during and after work completion.  Help Management in Keeping a Clean, Safe and Enjoyable Work Environment for ALL on the Team. Give daily Safety Meetings, keep Daily Time Sheets, Track Material, Tool and Equipment inventories, manage work schedules for Laborers, estimate the amount of Labor, Equipment, Parts and Materials needed for each Construction Project. Read and review blueprints, construction drawings and shop details with Crew and Management to ensure project build accuracy.  Assist in Keeping a Clean, Safe and Team Driven Work Environment for Everyone.
