The reasons you may want to work here include- Competitive pay 100% IRA matching up to 3%. Four paid holidays after six months employment. One week paid vacation after one year of employment. The skills we are looking for are- At least 3 years experience as a residential framer. You must be able to build confidently and accurately. You may be required to lead work when asked and will be fully supported when needed. You must be willing to learn and grow your skill set. You must work well with others. You will need basic framing tools. We will provide pneumatic tools. Most of our work is in the greater Seattle / Bellevue metropolitan area. You must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
