I am an individual helping build out the Helium network. If you are not familiar, Google "Helium Network" for more information. I have invested in Helium routers and I am looking for locations around LA to place them. All the routers require is the same amount of electricity as an LED lightbulb per month and the equivalent of 5 hours of Netflix viewing time from your internet per month. If you will agree to host a router I will do a revenue share with you and AT A MINIMUM pay your high speed internet bill each month. If you do not have high speed internet I will work with you to get it installed. This is not a scam of any kind. It is similar to allowing a cell phone company to place a tower on your property but this is on a much smaller scale and you don't need to own property.
