The Rockefeller University Field Research Center Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, the Custodian/Maintenance Worker will assist in completing much-needed tasks such as custodial duties, repairs, daily checks in areas (bird room, common areas, etc), yard work and various projects for the enhancement of the property and facilities. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to travel during weather conditions. Withstand weather conditions such as working outside in the rain, cold, heat or other adverse weather Driver’s License and Form of Transportation Required Hours 20 hours/ week: 4 days/week, 5 hours/day, 8AM-1PM Emergency weekend check-ins at Facility as needed Overtime as needed
