Need an experienced roofer to do tear off and replace of two rental houses in NW OKC area. Small houses with low pitches. One is around 1500 feet the other 1000 feet both have existing 3 tab shingles. Will replace with architectural shingles. Roofer will be responsible for haul off and disposal of tear off debris. Owner will pay for and supply all material. Roofer will pick up material from local HD or Lowes.
