Spiral Duct Work Installed

I am looking for someone who has experience working with and installing spiral duct work in a commercial setting. I had 3 Carrier roof top units installed about 3 years ago. The HVAC person suggested installing without the spiral duct work (see attached pics). It has not produced the best air for the building so we are looking to re-design. If you are interested in the post, please respond with your experience and price to do the job. I will purchase all the material needed. Thank You
