Looking for a hardworking, self motivated person to maintain grounds, including yard upkeep, edging, mowing, collecting trash, etc. Minor building fixes including but not limited to, repairing broken locks, changing light bulbs, troubleshooting leak, heat and HVAC issues. Ability to speak with tenants, properly asses issues and relay information to maintenance manger.
