2 positions Avail. - Solar Installer and Warehouse Associate No experience required. Will train right candidates! If so, we want to speak with you. Two positions available: - Solar Installer: Starts at $17/hr or more with proper training. Fast raises depending on performance. - Warehouse Worker: Starting rate depends on experience Solar Installer is expected to: -Have the ability to work in extreme heat/cold weather while on a rooftop or in an attic space -Report at 6:45am, Monday through Friday, until job is complete (could vary between 3pm-5pm+) -Have the ability to intuitively see how things work -Learn the solar trade and retain the knowledge -Work in the warehouse if/when required (ex: rainy days) -Take direction -Show/exercise leadership traits (We are expanding) - Have a CLEAN driving record Working in EXTREME HEAT under the hot Florida sun. Sun block, Water, Gatorade, and ice (with cooler) will be provided daily. We will also provide the trainee with proper tools and safety equipment. Warehouse worker is expected to: - work 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri) - Have a CLEAN driving record - work in the field with the installers if/when needed (so you must be able to perform the expectations of an installer) - Have strong organizational skills. - Forklift Certified preferred.
