Independent Contractor for Fedex Ground in search of self motivated individuals to deliver in the Lahaina area. The terminal is based out of Wailuku. You will receive a competitive salary, weekly pay. Major Holidays off with pay, paid vacation upon anniversay, PTO, Medical Dental and Uniforms
Responsibilities and Duties
Safety and service is expected on a daily basis with the ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. To safely operate a commercial vehicle and abide by all traffic laws.
Qualifications and Skills
Be able to read, map an efficient route and use a handheld device
You need to meet the following requirements to apply.
· 21 years of age
· Legal to work in the United States
· 1 year of commercial driving experience in the past 3 years, or 5 in the past 10 years, CDL is not required.
· Pass background check with no felonies and clean driving record with no DUI and no major driving violations
· Pass drug test
· Pass a DOT Physical
Job Type: Full-time
$17.00 Hr (Raise depending on performance level @ 3 months)
Experience:
Commercial Driving: 1 year (Required This means paid driving for another company)
