Description

This is a full time position with bonuses after 90 day waiting period, automatic raises as well as performance raises, and plenty of upward mobility in the company for career minded individuals. Description of Duties: • Protect customer's property • Tear-off of existing roofing materials • Dry In, Install flashings, skylights, drip edge, ridge vents, etc. • Install asphalt & metal shingles • Clean up ground • Follow directions Skills and Requirements: • Driver’s license with reliable transportation • at least 2 years roofing experience - must be able to perform all aspects of a roofing job • Punctual – must arrive to job sites and be ready to work the scheduled start time (typically 8am) • Reliable - must be willing to work long hours when needed and periodic Saturdays • Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly • Self Motivated -be driven to get the job done in a timely and organized manner • Communicate well with others • Think safe/work safe mentality • Detail oriented
