A hearty four-course dinner fit for an Iron Man! Join us for a special Great Lakes Brewing Co. Brewmaster's Dinner with Joe Thomas on the GLBC Brewpub patio on August 3 at 6:30PM. Enjoy a hearty four-course menu specially crafted by our chefs, paired with seasonal and year-round beers carefully selected by our brewers to complement each course. Created in collaboration with the Iron Man himself, the evening's menu will feature dishes inspired by Joe's Hall of Fame caliber career. Each $85 ticket includes your four-course beer dinner, an autographed parting gift, as well as an opportunity for one photo with Joe. (No additional photos or autographs will be allowed.) Welcome Beer: 73 Kolsch Course One: The Pride of Wisconsin Selection of Wisconsin cheeses and condiments Course Two: Draft Day Nachos Salty smoked trout, grilled pineapple salsa, and citrus crema Course Three: Brown Sugar and Orange Juice Braised Pork Shank With 10,363 baked beans and Cast-Ironman corn bread Course Four: The Golden Tart Golden apple tart with spiced whipped cream *Menu subject to change Beer pairings forthcoming. Unfortunately, menu items at Brewmaster’s Dinner cannot be substituted.
