Remove plants growing out of church tower

We are looking for a professional to permanently remove a plant from our church tower. It might be one plant growing from three places in a tower, or it may be three separate plants located close together. The plant is four stories above ground, approximately 40 feet high or more. We hired someone during the summer of 2019 to perform this same job. Although they attempted to permanently remove the plant, you can see here that their effort was not successful. We learned in 2019 that most ladders are not tall enough to reach the plant. The ladders that can reach the plant are often shaky and precarious at that height. It can prove difficult to do the necessary work from a ladder. It's possible that exiting from one of our upper windows and using a harness is the more effective way to reach the plant. This was our experience in 2019. We are not going to hire the first person that writes us with a good price. Instead, we hope to find a professional with experience that we believe can effectively and permanently remove the plant.
