Singer/Songwriters - do you need musicians to play with or a full band

I'm a drummer who often puts bands together, I run a jam, I occasionally put on shows and in general I'm very DIY. I'm looking for talented singer/songwriters who are in need of musicians to play with or a full band. This is NOT a mercenary situation, my immediate concern here is not the money, it's finding talented people who are also human beings. I'd prefer people who are to a degree experienced and who already have a bit of material under their belts. PLEASE send links (as in, please send links). I am NOT into heavy metal, very hard rock, shoegaze or math rock. Mostly everything else is on the table - rock and roll, Americana, country, R&B, jam, electronics. The music structures can be basically traditional or maybe a bit different. I have a rehearsal studio in midtown west. I'm older, the ages of the people I play with are all over the map.
