While it’s not easy, Stacy Lambatos of CAYA Studios and Lacey Hoff of Crush Studio have found ways to break through the traditional methods and expectations of building their businesses and redefine success on their terms. Ladies, Wine & Design was started by Jessica Walsh as an initiative to foster female creativity. Only a tiny percent of creative directors are women, and LW&D wants to help change this through monthly creative meet-ups, mentorship circles, and portfolio reviews. We'll wine, snack, and have casual conversations on a wide variety of topics relating to creativity, business, and life.
