Sacks Exhibits is a well-established Company specializing in the design, fabrication, warehousing and logistics of award-winning trade-show exhibits, television studios, and corporate interiors. We are located in a state of the art 130,000 square foot facility in Andover, MA and are currently seeking motivated candidates to be part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position within the organization. Please check out our latest projects at www.sacksexhibits.com. The position is Maintenance Technician, and it is a hands-on position that entails independently following through with each task given from start to finish. Daily operations will include but are not limited to: • Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge • Responsible for the maintenance of non-production employee lounge tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning • Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily • Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc. • Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed • May be required to shop for cleaning supplies as needed • May be required to stock Kitchen and Board Room supplies as needed • Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks • Assist with general building maintenance (changing light bulbs, painting, etc) Skills Required: • “Can do" approach to projects • Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders • Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with co-workers • Valid driver's license • Familiarity with general commercial cleaning products and procedures • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Sacks Exhibits is an equal opportunity employer.
