Extremely busy real estate investor who buys, flips and does rentals. Seeking kitchen installers. Must know how to install prebuilt cabinets and Formica/granite tops. I do both tops pending if flip or rental. Must have own tools and be reliable. I work for a hedgefund that buys thru out Florida but my rentals are here in palm beaches/Rivera bch area. Pay is piece/hourly. When job is completed we pay within minutes per Zelle or Venmo. Never ever have to worry about getting paid. I don’t mess with peoples money and i expect a good job.
