DC CE Classes Ethics for DC license holders only The course emphasizes that the standards of ethical conduct in the practice of real estate are based upon the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and upon federal and state laws governing conduct applicable to the practice of real estate. The concept of misrepresentation and all of its implications to the daily practice of real estate is discussed in detail. The course will give the licensee an excellent basis upon which to conduct an ethical practice of real estate.
