Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $18.00+ depending on position and experience. $.75 per hour shift differential on 2nd shift. $1.50 per hour shift differential on 3rd shift. Full time and part time positions available. Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Machine Set-Up/Process Tech – 1st And 2nd Shift Industrial Spray Painter – 2nd Shift Assembler – 2nd & 3rd Shift Sander – 1st Shift Positions available: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Operates injection molding machines. Perform simple, routine and repetitive tasks using standard procedures, tools and equipment. Machine Set-Up/Process Tech – 1st And 2nd Shift Prepare presses for production by installing injection molding tools and programming operation. First piece inspection, troubleshooting debugging. Strong mechanical & computer skills, strong attention to detail. Industrial Spray Painter – 2nd Shift Spray paint parts in a controlled environment, mix paints and cure accelerators, utilize cleaning solutions to prepare surfaces, clean spray equipment and maintain paint booth. High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ yrs exp. Industrial or Automotive Spray Painting and fundamental knowledge of concepts in spray-paint procedure required. Assembler – 2nd & 3rd Shift Light assembly, masking, packing and shipping of products according to customer specifications. Sander – 1st Shift Sands plastic molded parts to conformance specifications
