Description

Assists the After Market Operations Manager with operations.  Participate in effective day-to- day operation of all Outlet store and Salvage department processes. Process donated and new goods to make them salvage ready. Coordinates daily staffing needs and activities between Aftermarket departments. Interviews, hires and trains personnel on policies, job duties, and procedures. Insures quality control of proper grading of salvage/recycle product to ensure customer satisfaction.
