Before the Lunch & Learn, you will need to watch a short 10-minute video that will dust off any cobwebs on using the Broselow-Luten tape. Scenarios In Seconds works with the Broselow-Luten tape, Handtevy System, Pedi-Ed-Trics' Pedi-Wheel, or any other color-coding system your hospital uses or you have handy as an app on your phone. Make sure to watch the video BEFORE you come to the Lunch & Learn... it's your entrance ticket! The day of the Lunch & Learn, jump right in to practicing peds skills with real-life scenarios and our life-size "Mani-Kids." Four scenarios will earn you 1 ENA/ANCC approved CE hour, complete with certificate, and then Purdue University Northwest College of Nursing will provide a box lunch to fortify you for the rest of your shift back on your unit. Lunch & Learn... speedy, satisfying and substantial! Credits are available for Nurses ONLY For those who utilize CE Broker for tracking of your respective state's CEs, reminder that you must self-report this course CE to CE Broker. The completion certificate will have all necessary information, however, participants must self-report. Nursing - 1 contact hour for nurses - ENA code: 200315-IN2-CR-2. ENA has approved 1 Contact Hour Category of Clinical, which meets Pediatric requirements. This activity was approved by the Emergency Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
