Job description Heavy Equipment Operator Timber Canyon Construction LLC is a growing Central Oregon based company that specializes in civil construction. Our team is looking for qualified candidates to fill a operator position that have a desire to grow with the company. Position– - Ability to proficiently operate standard heavy excavation equipment (excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rock trucks, rollers etc. - Daily fuel, grease, and maintenance of equipment -Ability to understand grades and excavate/build on grade - Ability to interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications - Positive attitude -Eye for detail and pride in quality of work - Carryout tasks in a safe, clean, and professional manner - Typical work week 40-50 hrs per week - Willing to work overtime when needed - Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time - Work on jobsite environments in all weather conditions Qualifications - 3-5 years civil construction experience - Pass pre-employment drug test - Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing - CDL and GPS experience a plus Benefits - Competitive Pay - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Medical Insurance Timber Canyon Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
