Allow for the sacred Tibetan & Crystal bowls, the majestic Planetary gongs and resonnant strings to take you on a mystical sonic journey - much like a magic carpet ride - through the world of sound & vibration for energetic clearing, re-balancing and deep relaxation. A sound bath for many is a surprising and delightful experience of a deep journey into sacred sound. Simply lie down and feel a refreshing bath of vibration from a variety of instruments for sound healing - soon the room is engulfed with this ancient cosmic vibration which often creates an unforgettable uplifting journey. Our space is heated, but please dress warmly, bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets and anything you need to feel cozy and get ready to take off… Optional: eye masks, leg pillow, essential oils, crystals. Space is limited and socially distanced. Masks are required. 90 minutes free parking across the street from our studio. AZ I AM Yoga celebrates with music and sound.
