Join us in celebrating all the students have learned through an exciting performance! DON'T FORGET YOUR MASK! Please practice safe social distancing and respect our and Morris Jumuel Mansion's COVID policies. Everyone in the audience will need to wear masks! ENJOY OUR PIZZA PICNIC We'll be hosting a celebratory pizza picnic party. We'll bring the food and drinks - and you'll bring a blanket! CAN'T MAKE IT? If for some reason you can make it to the final performance, don't fret, we will be going LIVE on Facebook for you to watch. Just make sure to follow our FB Page and tune in at 1PM on Friday. --- Enjoy the final performance from our students in grades 3 through 6 at the Morris Jumel Mansion.  StART Young is a free summer performing arts program in Washington Heights. It consists of two two-week sessions, one for students in grades 3 - 6 and one for students in grades 7 - 11. Students learn how to sing, dance, and act under the guidance of trained teaching artists, and are given the opportunity to develop their own scripts around issues that matter to them. Past script topics include family incarceration, coming out, and immigration. Each session culminates in a final performance, designed entirely by the students, that is free and open to the public. When they graduate from StART Young, many students go on to participate in StART Dreaming. --- We look forward to seeing you all there!
