Part-time minor labor & organization help - 4-5 weeks $14/hr

Ongoing part-time work for 4-5 weeks, or as your schedule permits, assisting with small tasks around a house I’m renovating. Tasks do not require significant handy skills, but being able to use a circular saw is needed, and minimal skills such as using a screwdriver and hammer. Some examples of tasks include: painting trim, cutting thin leftover wood boards for easier disposal, gathering remaining materials to throw away and general clean-up and organization, some caulking (I can provide direction if needed), cutting wood I’ve measured, some sanding, screwing in boards, applying wood putty, minor yard cleanup help, help with moving medium sized items (I weigh 100 lbs and items are all things I can lift with help of 1 person, nothing extremely heavy!). I estimate 10-20 hours a week, in Portland CT, very close to Middletown. Pay is $14/hr. Sometimes I will help and sometimes I will tell you what is needed and leave you to it. I have all the tools needed. Flexible on schedule – you can tell me which days work for you. You would be an independent contractor i.e. 1099, and I can pay cash or however you prefer.
