PVC pipe pickup and disposal

pickup 16 ft pvc pipe from my apartment. you will need to carry it from my roofdeck to your car. you will also dispose of PVC pipe or feel free to keep it. i think there are only 12 pipes. the roofdeck is on the 4th floor, which means you will need to climb up and down stairs.
