Learn how to arrange a show stopping bouquet from Kathy of Joy Farm and enjoy a wine tasting led by our in house sommelier! Bouquet Making: Want to learn how to make a beautiful bouquet tailored to your own tastes? Kathy Romeo, owner of Joy Farm, will be providing her expert tips and tricks (and beautiful flowers) to teach you how to do just that! You'll receive a mason jar bouquet made up of home grown, uniquely beautiful Joy Farm flowers that you arrange yourself! Wine Tasting: After making your beautiful bouquet, sample 3 delicious wines that are sold in the Nan's organic, biodynamic wine section. Our in-house sommelier will guide you through the tasting and tell you even more about our wine selection. Light refreshments will be provided, and for those who are unable or do not want to drink we will provide alternatives! When & Where: This will be held in the Wellness Room of Nan's Market. FAQ: I don't drink alcohol. Will there be options for me? Yes! We pride ourselves on being an inclusive space for everybody: we have amazing options such as kombucha, herbal tea, tonics, lemonade, iced coffee, juice, and more. You'll get your choice of beverage. What if I sign up but can't go? You'll be able to transfer your ticket to a future event- if the event you choose is higher in price, you will have to make up the difference. If this doesn't work for you and you cancel your ticket no later than 24 hours in advance of the event, you will get a full refund. What is included in the event? A flower bouquet and instruction on how to put one together artfully, a tasting of three wines or beverages of your choice, and light refreshments (think: charcuterie board). Is there a reduced price if I choose to not sample the wines? No. We are more than happy to accommodate those who opt out of drinking alcohol, but expect that people who sign up for the event understand that is part of it and they are paying for the full experience. Owner Kathy Romeo has a talent for putting together whimsical bouquets that are sure to brighten your day and bring you JOY! Joy Farm offers a CSA and currently drop off bouquets at Nan's every week.
