ROLE: As a member of the Recycle Center, the Recycle team member will quickly process and sort rejected materials, and complete other tasks to meet the growing demands of our customers. The Recycle team member will spend the majority of their time outdoors sorting material, repairing products, and assisting the Recycle Center Forklift Operator. Hours: 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday  Qualifications: Able to collaborate between team members, meet goals, and promote continuous improvement Problem Solving and Communication skills Should enjoy working outdoors Knowledge and experience working with various Power tools Able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, walk, and able to lift 50+ lbs. Ability to work well with employees with varying skill sets Self-starter and works well independently  Daily tasks include: Repairing pallets Sorting various types of material Disposal of wash water Assisting the Forklift Operator Recycle team member and Recycle Center Lead when needed Review and refine current recycle center processes along side of the Recycle Center Lead Assist Recycle Lead in cooperative interaction with various departments to implement process improvement solutions and continue to educate all departments on sustainable recycling methods  Benefits & Compensation: Competitive Entry Wage $16/hr Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions  Retirement Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off OUR VISION: Connecting customer needs to supplier solutions through a network of companies who are market leaders in door & millwork solutions.
