This strength and conditioning program combines age-appropriate weight lifting, gymnastics, and high intensity training.
CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 12 - 17 years old (those in 6th grade - Junior Year) athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to improve strength, power, stamina, agility, speed, balance, coordination, accuracy, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.
We also aim to boost self-esteem and confidence for our teenage participants. CrossFit helps build the strength, both mentally and physically, to tackle obstacles thrown at them in life. Workouts are scalable for all individuals, so no experience is required.
