It's the best day of the week! We all know how busy summer is- especially in 2021! Allison is off this week, so the fantastic Regina Thiel is jumping in! This class is $10 and includes an hour-long Vinyasa flow. All levels welcome! Class will have limited spots and require a reservation via Eventbrite. Thanks to Lululemon, we'll have mats, blocks, and towels available to borrow! If you have your own mat, you're encouraged to #BYOM (bring your own mat). Class starts at 10:00am on the 5th floor Terrace (weather permitting). Enter on Broadway and proceed to the elevator!
