After years of exploring her personal yoga practice and through teaching small group + private yoga classes Becca found a deep connection with a more gentle approach to yoga. A gentle yoga practice allows us to become highly aware of our mind-body connection. It creates space for expansion, body-awareness, & heart-opening. It becomes a safe place to explore vulnerability and we begin to notice the finest needs of our bodies. Becca is pursuing her passion for learning about psychology, somatics, & their connection with yoga. Her classes provide a comfortable & uplifting space to try yoga for the first time or to add a change of pace to your current practice.
