Come connect, celebrate, and support Black Excellence KC, the hub for Kansas Cities Black Professionals and influencers Join us July 31, 2021, from 11 am - 6 pm on the rooftop of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City as we present a taste of the new vibe for Black Excellence KC. The first installment of our new series Millionaire Mindset Series with: 11am - 1pm | Bottomless Mimosas & Brunch1pm - 2pm | Millioniar Talk w/ Vercie Lark2 pm - 4:30 pm | Networking Party feat. DJ Q About our Speaker: Former Executive Vice President and Head of DST Financial Services now Author, Angel Investor, & Philanthropist Vercie Lark will Keynote this inaugural event. Under Vercie’s leadership, DST Financial Services grew from $750 million in revenue to approximately $1 billion annually while increasing company operating leverage, employee engagement and client satisfaction. Vercie published a personal finance self-help book, Make It Rain, with the goal of helping Americans in low- and middle-income communities improve their financial security and accumulate generational wealth. The first 25 tickets will enter a drawing to have lunch with Vercie Lark and will receive an autographed copy of his book "Make It Rain". Three winners will be chosen during the brunch! Come connect, celebrate, and support Black Excellence KC, the hub for Kansas Cities Black Professionals and influencers!! All Proceeds go to the Black Excellence KC operations fund!! Mission: “Black Excellence KC aims to bridge the gap, to accessibility by bringing awareness through partnerships, that helps advance our community.” Vision: “Black Excellence KC will strive to sustain, and retain longevity, with resources in our community while contributing towards a future for Black Kansas City.” Call To Action: These efforts will be used to highlight areas of civic engagement, philanthropy, and individuals in their perspective fields that are making Kansas City a better place. The collective pool of resources we will have as a whole will contribute towards moving forward the greater Kansas City areas for our minority communities. The future and lasting impact for the Black Excellence will reach many and bridge the gap in our community to bring all together to celebrate forthcoming and upcoming initiatives in our community.
