Press release from the City of Newton: 07/13/2021 1:48 PM Is your water bill based on an estimated reading? It's easy to tell as the water bill will be orange and clearly marked as an estimate. What's going on? Some of the transponders which electronically send the water usage information to Newton's water billing department have stopped working (before the end of their useful life and while still under warranty).
