Using the season's bounty bursting from our gardens, you'll learn to create a delicious Italian midsummer dinner from scratch. One of the secrets to great Italian cuisine is fresh ingredients! While gardens and farmers markets are bursting with the season's bounty, Chef Antonio seizes the opportunity, transforming the fragrant and fresh herbs found in the garden into a delicious midsummer dinner. Learn to use herbs Italian-style in dishes including: Tomato-Basil BruschettaAngel-hair pasta with Basil PestoMarinated Herb ChickenColored Squash, Venetian-styleWatermelon with Feta and MintPlan to join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante. As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $75/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. *Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
