Come join us in celebrating Pellegrino Artusi, the "Father" of Italian Cuisine, at an outside set summer dinner at The Harriet Brasserie.
The Harriet Brasserie in collaboration with Esperienza Italia want to invite friends in our community to join in the celebration of Pellegrino Artusi. This celebration will be held August 8th from 5-9pm. There will be music performed by Dan Turpening, and art provided by gallery owner and curator Suzie Marty from Evertt and Charlie. Fernando Silva will be cooking a three course meal based on his interpretation of recipes from Artusi's classic book "La Scienza in Cucina e l'arete di Mangiar Bene" (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well). Wine Pairing will be available for purchase.
