WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet girl was found roaming on Hickory Street," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "Has a purple collar on, no tags or microchip if anyone has any information on her please contact West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m."
