STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Franklin Pauley, 41, who was reported missing from Stratford on Monday, July 12. Pauley is bald with brown eyes, according to police. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
