Job Summary: A support position for our dynamic Maintenance team! This position will be assisting with maintenance and groundskeeping of HPF owned properties. Must enjoy working for a small, yet rapidly growing firm with high standards for accuracy and excellence in their work. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive • Perform routine maintenance on rentals through work orders • Groundskeeping during the summer months on a regular, rotating schedule • Clean & inspect exteriors • Conduct property checks • Assist the landscaping crew when needed • Other responsibilities may be assigned at the Maintenance Supervisor’s discretion Minimum Qualifications: • 1 – 3 years of maintenance/construction experience • Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs • Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked • Ability to lift 40+ lbs. daily Work Environment: • Fun and positive, dynamic and fast-paced • Monday through Friday • Can be a salaried position or hourly depending on specific duties, no OT
