Promote and Enforce Company Safety Standards Drywall Experience Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs. Communicate effectively; both written and verbal. Demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills. Provide leadership through building relationships, motivating others, providing clear direction, and cooperative teamwork. Supervise activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule. Possess thorough knowledge of company’s contracts and understanding of all parties, thoroughly reviewing construction documents. Conduct and supervise project close out activities as well as being responsible for the financial performance of the project. Estimate and prepare proposals for upcoming projects. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. 1 year experience running commercial, residential drywall Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish. Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors. Subject to Background Check and Drug Screening requirements Must be experienced. Candidates should be organized, able to fluently read blueprints, manage multiple projects at once, do material takeoffs, travel to check on projects as necessary. Starting pay is Commensurate with Experience
