This fun and exciting night hosted by the Muscle Shoals Music Association is a fundraiser for the non-profit. Ms. Franklin's first smash records were recorded at Muscle Shoals' Fame Recording Studios with producer Rick Hall and famous musicians Spooner Oldham, David Hood, Jimmy Johnson and Roger Hawkins, all legendary in Muscle Shoals music and around the world. VIP Screening, Q and A, Dinner & Singing River Dance Party donation: $150 Pre-movie Q & A with Spooner Oldham, David Hood and Charlie Chalmers who played on the Aretha sessions at Fame Recording Studio and are featured in the movie. Following the movie will be an exciting VIP Muscle Shoals Music after party including dinner and a Muscle Shoals Dance Party. World-renowned DJ Russ Randolph (BoomBox) will be spinning Muscle Shoals classics of yesterday and today at the Marriott Shoals Hotel Conference Center’s Singing River Room & Terrace.
