KickBall Tourney fundraiser to get Jaime to Disney For those who may not know, Jaime was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her brain, chest and surrounding areas. She was first diagnosed at the age of 32 and has surprised doctors that she has lived this long. In total, she has had 3 major occurrences and was not expected to make it through the last two. She has undergone countless surgeries, radiation and intravenous treatments and has had even more scans, tests and appointments. The treatment she currently is going through requires precision of time and not much flexibility so everything she does in life is planned around that. She receives chemotherapy and immunotherapy three weeks in a row with one week off in between. This treatment often leaves her tired and in pain. She will rest for a few days after treatment, but once she starts to feel better and energized, it’s time for the next treatment. Unfortunately, this treatment, her desire to live and her love for her daughter Bailey are the only things keeping her alive. She has never been one to crave traveling, and doesn’t have much of a “bucket list” but, when asked if there is anything she would like to do before she can’t do it anymore, only one thing comes to mind: Disney at Christmas. Her dream is to go there and be able to explore everything in detail, observe the parks with all of its hidden treasures and eat her way around the world at Epcot. With her future unknown and living life 3 months at a time, (from one PET scan and MRI to the next) she has fought hard to prove all of her doctors wrong so that she could make the most memories with her daughter. What better way to do that than at Disney! This Kickball Tournament is to raise funds so we can get Jaime to Disney at her favorite time of the year! Details: Location: Middletown Athletic Association Softball Fields Cost: $30 per person on the team Rain Date: August 28 10v10 play (min. 3 females on field) Max 15 per roster 2 Game minimum Teams are first come first serve with a max of 10 teams. Additional fun: Vendors 50/50 Raffle Baskets Welcome to 3C of Connecting!  We are a nonprofit that helps other nonprofits and business.  In order to be able to connect both we have become 3C of Connecting SFB. (support for Business) We are pending our not for profit status. (501c6) .  Our mission is to support business of all levels. Connecting business to other business. Building a community of people, getting to know each other in a way that we will build a bond. Connecting business to nonprofit and bring awareness to the community, business and individuals. In order to help nonprofits, we became nonprofit   official 501c3  Our mission is to bring awareness to local nonprofits. Connecting nonprofits to business. Building a community of people getting to know each other in a way that we will build unbreakable bond. Offering support to nonprofit byway of fundraising, grants and connecting.  Supporting our events helps support the community in many ways. People do business with those they trust. Trust has to be earned. Attending our events, meetings seminars all help build this bond. Helps build a community where women and even men if they would like to learn more  Our events support Business and Nonprofits . This event will support other nonprofits or people in need. Funds for events under the foundation will be used to help or donate to local causes.
