GREENWICH, CT — Police are investigating a car theft that occurred in Greenwich last week. Lt. John Slusarz of the Greenwich Police Department said a blue 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken from a residence on Ridgebrook Road during the overnight hours of July 8-9. The car was unlocked and a set of keys were inside. The car was recovered on July 11 in another jurisdiction in Connecticut, Slusarz said. No arrests have been made and the case remains under investigation. This latest theft serves as a reminder to residents to lock their cars and to take their keys and belongings with them.
