We are hiring an additional part-time maintenance worker to join our maintenance team and assist with gardening/grounds. You will be taking over for the retiring gardening person, inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in some aspects of gardening, plants and maintenance, be skilled with various hand and power tools. Tasks include – grounds upkeep, trimming of plants, maintain a watering schedule, minor plumbing work with our irrigation system, occasional overall general maintenance, We are especially looking for a good team player with a can-do attitude. 20 – 25 hours per week, with competitive pay based on experience.
