I have been cut off of unemployment, was a self-employed courier in 2019 in Portland, need to find someone who ordered food from Katherine B. and is willing to get an affidavit notarized, which I will pay for, plus $250 for the inconvenience. I have given the Employment Insurance Dept my EIN number, my tax return for 2019, and yet they have denied me, telling me I need a notarized affidavit from a customer. I have been totally relying on that money and being cut off has left me in a bad position, so if anyone remembers me delivering food to you, please contact me and I really appreciate it; it's embarrassing.
