Every customer. Every time. Diagnose issues, replace parts and perform preventative maintenance. Apply local HVAC codes in a practical manner on each job. Utilize customer service training to educate and assist customers with their HVAC equipment. Show value and take pride in the services you provide. Adaptable to changing environments. Present options for repairs or replacements and collect payments from customers. Job Requirements EPA Certification is Required. A positive attitude is a must! A strong passion to provide excellent customer service while utilizing technical abilities. A drive to excel and learn more. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass drug testing. At least 2 year working in the Residential HVAC Installation Field. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00
