Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities • Complete standard apartment work-orders. • Minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs. • Assist with make ready maintenance and coordination of third party vendors. • Light painting. • Oversee community cleanliness including maintaining grounds and common areas • Comply with all health, safety and environmental laws. Qualifications • Minimum one year previous maintenance experience. • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. • General knowledge of maintenance processes and methods. • Working knowledge and utilization of tools. • Able to be periodically on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies and help with snow removal.
