Read entire ad before contacting us!! We are looking for a project manager that can complete some of the following tasks or have certain qualities: 1. Must be organized (at times we have a 12-man crew with a high hourly labor rate. Must know how to scatter employees to maximize everyone on site. 2. Order materials: before they are needed and find the best deals around town. 3. Must be able to communicate with employees (in Spanish) and customers (in English) 4. Must understand how to properly check for proper levels, preparation of all hardscape installs and make sure the guys are properly squared to the residence and doing everything as close to perfection in a timely manner. Must have years of experience in the landscaping industry. 5. Must be willing to travel. 6. Must work well under pressure. 7. Must be a leader. 8. Must be able to make a decision. 9.
